Oh god, things to post.

Why are students, many students so bad at keeping up with their blog. I like instagram. Snap, post and done. But here have all of this. Package thinger for Tony's class and then some doodles, add some more later.

First animation, that I'm actually kind of satisfied with even in its rough stage. I'll clean it up once the beak is done, but I feel good man. And I finished by 11 instead of like 3 AM. That made my night, I took a goddamn nap. Plus I watched Resevoir Dogs (QT) and Se7en. Neat stuff yo. Time to crash again.

Also first time touching flash since first semester. Gotta admit, its not bad. Here's to my first real digital animation:

The audio clip is from The Legend of Korra Episode 5: The Spirit of Combat
Its between Korra and Tahno at the water tribe restaurant. I loved the attitude that you feel in two lines exchanged.

Favourite is when the tiger delivers the line "Go for it."

I'm really excited for this semester. I am scared out of my mind about the workload but I felt good things coming out of the first week of classes.

I think it's neat we are taking on a group project in Storyboard this early -
a) great chance to understand working with lots of people
b)

Sadly last week we (Class E) didn't have a 3D Modelling teacher! But the issue was resolved and we had our first class - have to say... I REALLY LIKE IT. Well at least the introduction of it has been really fun! Probably going to have headaches but all part of it, isn't it ?

Though I am sending out my feelings to all the second years cringing over this muscle test. I won't say much about it... although I'm pretty sure there is much panic in people's hearts haha.

WELP HERE'S MY ANIMATION FROM LAST SEMESTER!

Things Around

Blogging can sometime be a handful....HERE!
 DOODLES

 PAINTING: EXTERIOR

 STORYBOARD: AFTER A BATH

ANIMATION

Wave, Boat Sack - Making the sack feel more alive, as well as slow down specific parts and holding the sack in the air for more hang time.

Weight Lift and Toss - I would have added more frames to slow down the entire animation more. Working on timing more and stuff.

DIGITAL TOOLS
Walk Cycle - Might have experimented more on body movements to sell the character's feel. I edited it to show the different camera angles of the same walk.

I also participated in the College Fair held at the Direct Energy Centre on Tuesday, October 23 during the reading week. I participated as one of the caricature artists.

This one was lots of funny, he was so smiley, infectious!

By Naddya too good to not keep a record of it!

One of my two favourites from this day. She was just too excited to have a stupidly funny one of her. But I made it just energetically zaney as she was!

He wanted to be a report of sorts haha.
