Layout !

Also one of the more ridiculously fun, let loose drawings I've done recently I mixed New York with Tokyo a bit here to create a busy city scene filled with ... places and stuff? It was a chance to do linework that didn't screw up the integrity and life of the drawing.
This is was the latest assignment from layout whcih was to create a diagonal pan. It started off stressful but I found a happy idea that lead me to the exotic rooftops of Madrid, Spain. With terracotta clay shingles and the heat of the day who could resist a little midday shopping at a closed mall.... It was really fun to draw this image, I can't even tell you lol.It needs some refinement to be a better hook up pan though! Revision, revision can come!

Ink and watercolour sketch 20 minutes outside the Tiff LightBox terrace, just down the street from where the AGO is.

Remodeled my texture assignment background to make a new scene that somehow features one of my classmates unintentionally! The girl sitting down looks like Ciara Uddyback. Forlorn character and an ominous shadows across the watery ways.

Mini 5-7 minutes sketches of housing that would be kinda cool.
